Capitec Bank is looking for an energetic and self-motivated Salesforce Administrator to join their team. The role involves maintaining, optimizing, and supporting the Salesforce Platform while ensuring process automation aligns with business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain the Salesforce FSC Platform
• Manage user provisioning, data integrity, and system performance
• Support integration with other platforms and contribute to system enhancements
• Investigate and resolve Salesforce-related issues
• Collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology - Computer Science or Information Management
• Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
